They were able to get all 38 of us served in 20 minutes.

This Chipotle its really bad, the white rice has not taste, all sticky, the location was not even busy as it is 4pm and all the tables were dirty, trash extremely full, they dont clean their floor, outside was the same, trash all over. See pictures for details

This is the second time in a row I've been here and had my burrito look like a taco bell soft shell. I thought it was maybe because I didn't tip the first time because all I had was a gift card. So I tipped this time and apparently it doesn't make a difference because the picture is what I got(yes thats a post-it note). $10 for a tortilla just isn't it.

Why do they all have rush when making ppl food. They just throw everything in like chill! Not very friendly just cold. " anything else"

This place needs to work better on their customer service and cleaning. All the counters were completely dirty filled with old food, I even saw one of the girls throwing old meat from the counter back in the container. Then she completely got my order wrong I asked for carne asada and she gave me carnitas how do you not know the difference smh. This place needs better management. Very disappointed!!

This place is always out of their ingredients. Multiple times I've tried to order hard shell tacos and they never have them.
