Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wish I could give 0 stars. Three hours before close and no fajita veggies, no sour cream, no lettuce. Of course you don't find out until they've already started making your food. We asked if they had any on the drive-thru side and the employee refused to check. Even worse...as we were leaving and I looked back into the restaurant an employee stuck his hand in the bin with his bare hands grabbed what appeared to be steak or chicken and tossed it into his mouth. If I hadn't been in the car, I would have gone in the store. Instead I called the store and the manager just said okay. Let's be honest after seeing someone stick their hand in a bin, do you think I'm going to eat my food? No compensation offered.

Order online got only half of my order instead of them giving a refund for the food I didn’t get we got a coupon to come back but soon or it will expire…. I’m thinking well I guess we can have chipotle again …WRONGGGG husband and I got ready bad food poisoning ! Trust the reviews there is a reason why is such low rating

The workers are so friendly, but the food was so so.

They regularly mess up pickup orders. Staff can't roll a burrito to save their lives and the ingredient portions are miniscule or missing entirely. For the price, this place is very disappointing.

Rice was bland, guacamole was very bland, mostly just avocado. Very overpriced

The worst. What happened to this place. Burrito was a busted mess. Thanks for the guacamole could not taste anything else. Had to eat with fork. Exactly same thing in bowl use to be 10.00 or so. Now 15.60. First time ever to get Burrito. Will go to real Mexican restaurants or taco bell. Not here any more. Serving area and dining area nasty
