Chipotle Mexican Grill

They started closing half an hour early. Didn’t have any chips. Staff was rude. This store might as well close at 9pm instead. The staff don’t want to be there.

How is the literally the absolute worst location in all of DFW? it doesn’t matter if it’s 8pm, 2pm, 30 minutes after open! They are ALWAYS out of everything. If you order delivery and don’t actually go into the store, they will 99% forget half of the ingredients that you ordered. One time, when I asked the manager why they are always out of everything, she responded by calling me an a$$h-, and then proceeded to explain to me that other stores run out as well. To “top” it off, tonight they were out of LIDS, so they used foil. I placed my order at 8:45pm( 2 hours and 15 minutes before they close) and they forgot the chicken, the beans, the salsa, the veggies, the lettuce. I’ve lived by this location for almost 3 years now, and it progressively gets worse and worse. This location is without a doubt, the worst and most run down. The interior is gross and always a mess. Do better. Not even sure how hard this could possibly be.

Had two salad bowls n both were pretty decent

Baño muy sucio, sin alimentos suficientes, mejor me abstuve de comer

Para estar en lugar muy concurrido, no tienen carnes listas para tu plato y no carne asada en sí totalidad! Sin dejar de lado que esta sucio el lugar y el baño deja muuuuucho que desear!!!!

No meats ready for your plate !!! And NO CARNE ASADA AT ALL!
