Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely dismal the service sucked I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring me my order on top of that they didn't add tomato or steak to my bowl never going back to this location

Came at 5pm and it wasn't busy, but the trash cans were full and the forks were all gone and no tables were wiped. The girl couldn't understand me very well and didnt give me lettuce when asked. There were some crunchy undercooked rice in the bowl. Better experience would be order to go to dodge the messy interior and get what you order correct. -PGO

They didn’t have steak, they don’t take double portions seriously, the rice is soaking wet, I started going to the chipotle on Henderson and it’s just much better quality. This chipotle is disappointing. I thought I would give it another chance today and they didn’t come through. They also were mostly out of tobasco sauce.

Fast service. Clean place. Great food. Only exception was there were no unsweetened tea, as I try to watch my sugar intake. Other than that, I'll be back again.

Skimpy on toppings put like 4 shreds of cheese on pls give an amount we pay for

It just wasn't the normal amount of food. I sort of felt a little cheated.

When I got there at 9:30 PM they had just ran out of white rice, they said it would be 10-15 minutes so I offered to wait. The entire time, no one was behind the counter in the kitchen doing anything, eventually after 30 minutes of waiting at a table by the register, I asked the man working the register if the rice was ready yet and apparently it was still at least 5 minutes from being done, so I left. I like chipotle but really disappointing at the lack of effort.

My Chipotle experience at this restaurant has declined. This time I saw a food handler cleaning the meat/vegetable/cheese area WITHOUT gloves. However, all of the other preparers were wearing gloves. Previous problem areas have included quesadilla quality and presentation. I'm still a fan of Chipotle but I'm afraid I'll be scratching this one off my list.

We’ve been to this location twice and have not been impressed, they are so skimpy on their bowls, especially with the meat. Very stingy with portions and today the chips taste stale. We’ll be visiting a different location from here on out.
