Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terribly run store. Dirty, unorganized, manager is rude and the food is often overcooked.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. They short all the food that they give you. God forbid you ask for a little more rice. They said that the burrito won’t close if another scoop is added. Even though they already give you less than the amount than any other chipotle. I’ve been going to chipotle for the last 10 years all over the country asking for the exact same thing, and this is the first time they said that they can’t “can’t close a burrito”. This is truly the first and probably only time I’ll see a chipotle that is cheap with rice. If you don’t want to give people the normal amount of food like every other location, just say it. I gave you 100% of the money for 70% of the food. Just change the location name outside to “Chipotle 70%”. Ever since I wrote this review, I continue to see worse and worse reviews from other people. Y’all might as well not be working. You clearly couldn’t care less about your job. Give regular portion sizes! You are shorting out on everyone’s meals because you all have no work ethic. Management gives no sympathy or wants to work with anyone on their complaints. If y’all are gonna work like that, you might as well not be working at all. There could be someone that actually WANTS to work would give at least 10% of their effort which is still 200% better than anyone in your garbage restaurant.

The food is ok if u never really had Chipotle before but they do kinda skimp u on the portion size and if ur a vingerette lover like me then this definitely isnt the spot for you. The employees are good. I gave them a second chance cause i didnt really wanna drive to the other location but i will stick with the other location. Forgot to say they dont give u enough meat. Theres barely nun in the meal.

If I could give Chipotle ZERO star I would. I honestly don’t know why I keep thinking things would get better. 2 weeks in a row. I’ve been super disappointed in their food. Last week the peppers and the chicken were BURNT! Today Friday, the peppers are cut mad big.. distasteful, the corn salad has way too much parsley. The parsley was old and slimy… over bearing in tast, the brown rice hard/undercook and the Chicken is dark meat which is fine but was rubbery and full of fat!!! If I could save enough money to open up a restaurant or find a partner or investor. I would to offer my community and the Folks better authentic American cuisine than this!

This location used to be my favorite but not anymore. First, the new workers that are fixing the food up front do not smile and have no customer service skills. Next, the portion sizes have gone completely down. They do not give you the regular scoops anymore. I have to always ask for more rice. If you can, avoid the headache and go to another location.

Food was good & the place had plenty of seating. They work fast & efficiently.

I may have allowed the little kid to provoke me to anger , May the Lord forgive me but this is what they served me below.YES this is how my food came out the package. Looks like it was pulled from the garbage. And they had No remorse , no apology, tried to humiliate me in front of everyone and told me to get to the back of the line. He also asked me "why are you telling me?" As I was complaining about how the condition of the food. The shift manager and the people who prepared my order showed no sympathy. I also purchased double protein and beans and got less than the original portions. Do better but I forgive you all but will never return to this location absolutely ever. No respect for my money or time.
