Chipotle Mexican Grill

A great Chipotle with fresh and delicious food, but this place is always packed with students especially during rush hours. They may improve their service speed especially after classes. I prefer Qdoba with a larger size for Mexican fast food around campus. Parking: May park in the back of CVS

Rice is not at all cooked. Very worse experience first time with chipotle.

Made me wait 20 minutes to pick up an order (order was made in front of me), then told they could not hand it to me because they gave it to someone else without checking to see if it went to the right person, they then proceeded to tell me off for them messing up their jobs....

Spent $200. Asked if the drink was in the sealed box and was told yes. It was an empty cup, I was unaware I needed to remove the stickers from the box and make the drink. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I had been told that. No one answered the phone and the automated system is a massive waste of time and frustrating. Still without the drink, can’t go back because I’m working and it’s a pain in the butt to park where this restaurant is located. A couple of my employees orders were incorrectly prepared even though it was inputed correctly.

In ordered 2 burritos on GrubHub and expected them to be small but they were the thickest, girthiest, juiciest, amazing burritos. The driver handed the bag to me and it felt like a bag full of rocks. Highly recommend this store great staff thank you for the girthy burrito

How do you ppl do this?! Wow! Top notch! Vegetarian options: Minimal but delish.... Parking: It's not easy when school is in session...

I prefer the Chipotle Mexican Grill 3090 Kingsdale Center, Columbus, OH 43221. The only reason why I purchased food at this location was because it was close to my house. That's doordash for you. The queso tastes a whole lot better at the Chipotle Kingsdale center. The employees at this location are better than the one at Kingsdale. But the food's better at Kingsdale it's a dilemma.

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst in the world. I have never seen any Chipotle store as stingy as this one. I ordered a bowl, and I paid extra dollars for both rice and meet, but the food can not even make the bowl full. This has happens in this store for thousands of times! If you expected to find a meal, stay away from this one.
