Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very slow service and were out of so many ingredients that I wound up going elsewhere, but only after having to wait in line for long time to find that out

I asked for an order of chips and a steak burrito without sour cream. Instead, I got a handful of chips and a burrito with dried steak and sour cream all over it. Every time I go here they mess up my order in some way. It's a joke, go to the Bexley location if you want a meal that's edible.

Went in for a simple burrito. Was told they were out of steak, lettuce, AND sour cream. Seriously?? Who's managing that store? I likely will never go back to that location.

Just left this location about a hour ago got to the end only to find out they ran out of lettuce got home food was bland no flavor no hat so ever chips were stale queso dip was cold and gross definitely doesn’t taste like other queso dips highly disappointed because I come to this location often and never experienced this

Don’t waste your time at this location and just go to a different chipotle. This place always disappoints me and I have officially given up on coming here. I’ve had many orders wrong, missing items, getting other peoples orders, only give you half of the food when ordering online, and today my online order was just downright canceled by the store. No update my order was canceled or a reason. Love chipotle, but never coming to this one again.

I ordered double meat and barely got anything.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered a chicken bowl, sat down to eat it and it was ice cold. I went to the register and requested they heat it up, she said they did not have a microwave. I then proceeded to request a refund or a new bowl. When they told me I had to get in the back of the line. I then requested to speak with Management, and she was so unprofessional and rude. The food was disgusting and I am extremely disappointed, she would not give me a refund I am on my lunch break and didn’t have time to get back in line behind 10 people. I want to speak with someone at Corporate but can’t locate the right number to call. I will not be going back to this establishment, EVER!
