Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I visit this store, the service is worse. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced this last visit. I spent over 20 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me, each of them getting only one entree. The employees move painfully slow with no sense of urgency. They always over portion on rice and cheese, when all I want is a normal amount, not extra. Also, waited at the register for 5 minutes before paying, while other customers in line behind me had their orders made. Seems very backwards. I regularly visit other locations around Columbus and something is clearly different with the way this one is managed. I worked at Chipotle for about a year in college and they had much higher standards for running the store and training employees to make orders efficiently with proper portion sizes.

This location seems to have its stuff together and surprisingly don't have to wait crazy long either!

The food was delicious and the employees were nice and funny!

Seemingly angry face piercing pink hair lady. Gave the smallest portion salad ever. She sulked and seemed to hate her job. Won't be coming back here!

I DoorDash from here Often I got my name as more sour cream Or extra sour cream lol And um Every time y’all just pay attention to my sour cream loving offering me a side of sour cream like periodt i love yall Not gonna lie when I first started ordering from here. The food was not Bussin, but recently for the last like 3 to 4 months everything has been amazing. Everything tastes fresh. The portions are great You make DoorDash food fast you guys are awesome I appreciate You guys so much. Thanks for paying attention to little things. It makes my day. Your hard work pays off, mwah no bars

Their portions sizes are very generous! Evan and Renee were extremely welcoming!

Colette always ensures that I get what I order! In the last few years, she’s provided great customer service and I’ve witnessed her help her coworkers. She is an asset to Chipotle.

They may want to consider changing their packaging sizes now that the portion sizes have been shrunken so considerably. It's obvious how little you're getting when the bowl is half empty
