Chipotle Mexican Grill

Took 30 minutes to get my quesadilla in the chipotle lane. The guy was absolutely rude when he handed it to me. They missed my three sides so I had to go in and wait another 30 minutes to get my small sides that go with it. Probably will not return to this location as they are rude and mess up orders more than once!!

Quick to get seated even if there’s a line. Consistently good food!

Absolutely terrible service. The lady at the register was super rude and dismissive. Rice was undercooked other than that it was ok. Get better register staff.

Normal inconsistencies on food orders but possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a restaurant. It is astonishing how rude the drive-thru staff is. Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

UPDATE: I ordered online again, and they still did it make my bowl correctly. The staff literally does not pay attention when passing down orders, they just throw in whatever’s on the line into the bag and just gives you other peoples orders. This has happened 3 times now and I’ve complained to the staff each time and they do nothing to correct it. To reiterate, this is the worst Chipolte I have ever gone too. This is the worst Chipolte I’ve ever been too, I ordered a bowl for pick up online and got the incorrect order, and when I called the manager didn’t apologize and told me to call another number. Didn’t offer to remake my bowl correctly, the staff clearly does not read the directions of their online orders. This is coming from a previous chipotle employee so I know the standards of service they should be giving but they are not.

Justin was very helpful and professional. My favorite chipotle to go in Columbus! The team is friendly and the store always looks clean!

Always hot and fresh! I try to always come to this Chipotle even though it's 5 miles further than the ones in my town.
