Cold tiny portions. Took forever. Got a bowl and was half of what it should have been. Ordered online and still had to wait. 0/10 do not recommend.
Came in at 8:50 for an Ubereats order and none of the staff acknowledged me lmao so I never picked up my order after sitting there for 15+ minutes. It’s nothing but delivery drivers in the store around this time so it’s not like they’re busy with in store orders. They started putting pickup orders behind the counter and stopped acknowledging people actually picking up. Very bad customer service, drivers are treated so horrible at this location we’re often forgotten. Braindead staff honestly
They were extremely rude about my allergy and almost served me food I was allergic to. I had to tell them six times about my allergy before they finally understood what I was saying. If you don't know about food allergies you should not be serving food.
Ordered a take out order in the restaurant and while the staff was friendly, we felt extremely rushed. So rushed in fact that part of our order was not placed in our bag. Once we got home and realized we were missing an item we contacted the store. I spoke a manager who was extremely dismissive and after checking for our order in their system pointed out that we weren’t charged for the missing item. Had we been provided a receipt, I would have been super annoyed we didn’t pay for and receive our entire order-but would have moved on as mistakes happen. Based on the lack of professionalism of the manager is the reason for this review and that we will not return to this location again.
