Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not very clean. Workers playing around not taking jobs seriously. Food was overcooked. Workers have no training in customer service. Whoever owns this location needs to be there to watch workers. This location should live up to the neighborhood.

First off regardless off what I ordered. Such as no beans......Beans in both orders. I also ordered extra cheese sourcream......Nothing

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever had or experienced in my life. I tried yet again to order from them and for a second time the order was wrong. First my food came cold (Uber eats fault I’m sure). 2nd I ordered half chicken half steak and why was there no chicken and a teaspoon of steak. I had more rice than anything. I asked for corn and also had a teaspoon of that as well. My bowl was made for a child smh. I ordered a side of queso and that was hot. I also ordered my nephew a burrito and there was no meat inside just rice and lettuce. The chips was stale. Sent a picture to Uber eats and thank god they refunded me back my $50. That was it for me I’m never ordering from there again. I will continue to go to the on on Clinton cause this one in Hyde park suck. Parking: There’s nowhere to park. Even if you paying you would probably have to park down the street or somewhere far around the corner.

Horrible shut it down

this chipotle is TERRIBLE. So rude & so nasty. Never supplied with anything, employees are rude and distracted.

If you order take-out, they will definitely give you less food than you ordered

The people that act like they hate the work there. There are a few employees who give great service. Overall food not that good not cleaning in there and just bad.

This is without question the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Not only is the service always terrible, but the food is disgusting. I have ordered burritos that have hair in them on multiple occasions and I have gotten guacamole on my bowls that have plastic wrappers in them or (if I'm lucky) just the avocado peel. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

This is a pretty meh experience, lines are long, food is often short, portions are not great and service is slow. If you do order, order ahead, you tend to get better prepped food that way.
