Placed an order online. Order consisted of white rice chicken and queso. Nothing else. Somehow they still messed it up and put more stuff on it that I didn’t want.
The food was good, but when the employee was giving me my change, she only gave me the bills and not the coins, not a big deal, right? She could not get the drawer to open, the manager then came and tried to open it and could not. I sat down to eat, 35 minutes later when it was time to leave, they still "could not open the drawer" so I was forced to leave without my change. It's just coins, but it's the principle.
Ordered a steak burrito, it was clear they were low on steak but normally one would assume they have steak in process. After waiting over 20 minutes I see someone cutting up steak at the back counter. He leaves. the folks on the serving line won't go back and get the steak because apparently "RULES" Another person looks and sees the steak but says they cant bring it up as its not full yet. Again "RULES" If you look at the meats they have other than chicken most are empty or near empty. The peppers and onions were out as well and no more were apparently being made. We eat at chipotle often enough to say this is absolutely the worst franchise or location of the brand we have ever visited. This is not the first time we have experienced less than optimal service here but this showed exceptional incompetence. This experience has made me just not want to deal with them anymore.

Generous portion, friendly staff, smooth transaction. Highly recommend this Chipotle.
They definitely have high standards! Who I presume is the manager was asking to remake things left and right. Good problem to have I guess? Fast, friendly for the most part.
