Chipotle Mexican Grill

All the employees are super nice here and do a good job but man burritos are half the size they used to be. Not really worth it when the price of them also goes up ):

They skimp so hard on the food here. I ordered a burrito bowl and my bowl looked half empty. The portion sizes are minuscule. I also got the chips and queso and their queso serving was tiny. Basically a “shot” of queso. I asked for more and he said that it was the serving size. It is enough queso for 5 chips. They seem to be trying to cut cost by giving people much less. I was very disappointed after eating my meal as I am still hungry after getting a burrito bowl and chips and queso. I am severely disappointed in the direction this establishment is heading.

I haven't written a poor review before this one. I ordered online, my order I received was wrong, not what I ordered. The employee and manager were not friendly, not accommodating nor interested in trying to help me. The manger said there is nothing she can do about a refund, or giving me the correct item in exchange. That I'd have to eat the cost and buy the item again. I asked her to please understand if she was in my shoes, I am not asking for a lot, just a correctly made $9 burrito. She said if it was her she would have known to call in the order to get the best service and she would have placed the order the correct way. That is too bad they have such uncooperative and difficult employees as well as poor service.

Walk in there most nights an hour before closing and they are out of rice, chicken, chips and queso. Frustrating to say the least.

Probably the worst staffed Chipotle I’ve ever been too. The staff does not help each other move quickly, or on the line. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go in. This location ONLY survives on brand name. Every time I go in I kick myself for forgetting this.

The service was amazing the food was good it was missing flavor

Ordered delivery and the driver delivered the wrong order. When I tried to get a refund the only option it let me use was the stupid chat robot. When you call you only get the robot and when the robot handles the refund they only give you store credit they do not give you an option of getting your money back. I had to dispute the charge since I wasn’t even able to eat the food and could not get a hold of anyone. They just steal your money!!!!! I am really upset and this is ridiculous. They are thief’s.

I have been a patron of this Chipotle for at least 7 years and I have had great experiences and less desirable ones during this time. About a year ago the Chipotle here was riddled with lack of menu items, skimpy portions, lack of cleanliness in the dining area, and apathetic customer service. However, more recently a new manager, Dylan has taken the reins and is making every effort to deliver great food and customer service with his team. Hopefully this trend continues. Keep up the good work !
