Chipotle Mexican Grill

How can the store be out of cheese for three days ? All they needed to do was call another store for help. This store needs new management.

Horrible service. We ask for a kids meal and two adult bowls, when we went to pay they wanted to charge us full price. They were closing and obviously they did not want to serve us. They said they had no more cheese and no kids containers but we can give you a small portion and charge you for a kids meal in a regular bowl with a smaller portion. When we went to pay they said we can’t do that and were very rude. It’s unfortunate and we left! I understand you want to go home but it was unnecessary for the way they treated and handled the situation but I guess that’s horrible management.

Chipotle has gone way down hill. Over $37.43 for two bonito bowls. One of which was Sofritas. Both had Guacamole. They charged $3.40 for each or the large drives. That’s just crazy. The chips tasted old. It was almost 5:09 pm and they were out of steak. Oh and they were totally out of cheese.

Ugh. I haven’t been to Chipotle in a long time and I certainly don’t plan on going back. I’ve heard a lot of people complain about Chipotle going down hill lately and they aren’t wrong. This location really proved that point. We got two burrito bowls, two drinks, and a bag of chips for $40 dollars! The sodas taste like chlorine like they aren’t maintaining their soda machine. The chips definitely are not made in house anymore. They were terrible and stale. On to the burrito bowls. The food was lukewarm. That’s pretty disturbing. I’m skeptical if they are keeping their food at safe temperatures. Everything was the same texture; mushy. Everything is overly acidic. Finally the service. They were out of cheese and steak at 5pm. How you let yourself run out of ingredients and serve mediocre food while not maintaining your equipment is beyond me. The general public is right. Chipotle really has gone downhill. I won’t be returning.

WORST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER BEEN, DONT GIVE FULL SCOOPS, ASKED FOR A VINAIGRETTE SAUCE ON THE SIDE OF MY BOWL AND THE MANAGER SAID IT WAS EXTRA. I NEVER HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR A VINAGRETE SAUCE IN ANY OTHER LOCATION THEY TRIED TO CHARGE 3.50 CENTS FOR A SAUCE. Manager has no manners no smile no nothing. No thank you. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Disgusting
