Chipotle Mexican Grill

The portions are very small for protein, a spoon full...yippee! They fill your bowl/tortilla with lots of rice to make it look like they're giving you a 'huge' portion, the oldest money saving restaurant trick in the book. With extra protein on 2 bowls and 2 regular size drinks was $38.00, it's just as cheap to go over to chili's or old Chicago across the street.

This Chipotle is always trying to short you on meat the atff is rude

They have no portions. My burrito is always super small, not to mention when you order delivery its almost empty. Update: ordered again after months of going to a different location, still the same problem. I dont know who owns or manages this place , but this is a joke.

Dry beans and rice from the day before. Too bad they don't teach the employees how to fold a burrito. Everything fell on the table...

Believe it or not, this was my first time to Chipotle. Ordered a chicken burrito, and let me tell you. This place ruined all other Mexican fast food for me. This place is like Subway is for sandwiches, you tell them the ingredients you want for filling and those burritos are Delicious. Can't wait to go back and try something else.

I came in a little after 2:00 on a Sunday. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how filthy everything was. Trash and scraps all over the tables and floors - it looked like no one had cleaned all day. I almost asked for a rag so I could clean off a table. The food wasn't much better, skimped chicken portions and stale chips. You'd think with all these similar negative reviews, management would want to do better. This was definitely my first and last time eating at this location.

My food was not same on Sat.3-9-24. It was salted to much and the chips were not the same as they used to be. Very thin and deep fat fried. My bag was very greasy. Disappointed.

If 5 of you are going to stand around and look busy while you make someone wait, the least you can do is greet them or ask them to wait or even acknowledge their presence!! Shame on the manager for not setting expectations around there.

Poor customer service, poor portion size.
