Chipotle Mexican Grill

Excellent experience found team member Nijae to be everything that chipotle would want in a team staff member. She was patient, fast and friendly. I wish more chipotle locations had teams that work this well together. Order was at 7:45 pm on Tuesday March 5th.

The food and service truly SUCK!!! Only reason they survive are the extremely low standards of the school students who swamp the place after school each day.

You are paying $11.00 for a rice bowl and they add the smallest amount of chicken to the bowl. This is ridiculous how expensive it is and they are so cheap on the portion. In order to get a decent amount of chicken, you have to pay double chicken and it’s a scoop and a half. Then, if you ask for more chicken, they give you an attitude.

Small portions most of the time

Food was okay for what you paid for but the lady upfront serving my food didn’t seemed to enjoy her job nor offer any additional toppings for the food; I would had loved to get service with the smile instead .

I do not have a lot of money but when I tried chipotle it was so good. I decided to get it another time and the rice was hard and unenjoyable. I spent the limited amount of money I have and now I am scared to even get chipotle in fear of wasting my money on food I couldn't enjoy.

My burrito is pocket sized. Prices went up for them to just make smaller portions. I’d love a refund
