Chipotle Mexican Grill

It always looks dirty in the dining area. Un kept.

It’s unfortunate this is the only chipotle Bowling Green has. Service is routinely subpar with most employees having an attitude. The food is very inconsistent, with the chicken varying from flavorless to very spicey. Coming here is like rolling the dice on a good meal. But one thing you’ll always get is long wait times and an attitude. The parking lot is also a pain to enter and exit sometimes. At this point I just park at the Burger King next door to not get closed in by people waiting at the stop sign.

Soda machine was out of ice and the soda coming from the machine was warm. My wife and I each bought a soda and could not drink them. Paid $3.45 for a bottle of cold Izze and mentioned soda issue but register to employee didn’t care or offer any compensation/refund.

I have ordered 9 different dishes all together and employees are so lazy to put on name on what we have ordered.. we need to drive 50 min and i am hungry sitting in a car.. idk why they dont have basic common sense to write name on the box.. All we have ordered is veggie bowl with different toppings. So how they expect us to distribute?

The place was filthy, my husband got food poisoning, and we won't be back. It wasn't busy and no one was cleaning. The salad was slimy and other than the rice and chicken, the rest of the food was old.
