Chipotle Mexican Grill

Dining area is often dirty. They run of critical ingredients almost every time I’m there. Food has gotten unbelievably bad. I used to love this location but it’s changed so much.

Tables were absolutely filthy. Floors were dirty. The area where orders are made was so messy. There were only 2 other customers in the building other than myself and my husband. Staff was unfriendly and very disinterested in taking care of us. No greeting or smile at all. We paid and were asked if we wanted our food in a bag and we told him we were eating in. He pushed our food across the counter said “have a nice day” and walked away. No tray and no receipt. The food was room temp. By far one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. Definitely the worst Chipotle experience.

The Overall Quality at this site was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle Chain… service was rude, food was not fresh and was a poor Quality… with fatty cuts of meat, soggy greens, stale chips, rude and unfriendly service. If we had looked at the reviews for this site before ordering there, we would not have and will not again. NOT GOOD… DEFINITELY BELOW THEIR STANDARDS… Unfortunate

Food, meh. Pretty busy, nasty. Tables were filthy, food prep line had food all over, trash cans over flowing. If we weren't so tired and it was only a walk across the parking lot we would have left
