Chipotle Mexican Grill

You receive better customer service at McDonald's!!! This location has gone down hill, go to the other one 1 mile down the road

Pickup order was ready very fast despite a long line inside. Food was fresh and as good as you'd hope/expect.

I was actually here picking up food for someone else, so I cannot comment on the food quality. But I will comment on the lackluster staff that was there that day. I have a real problem with workers that do no acknowledge customers when they walk into their establishment, and unfortunately, this is becoming a trend in the post-covid business world. There were probably four or five workers in view when I walked in, and not one of them said hello, or welcome, or anything as I walked up to the counter. I initially walked up to the wrong end of the counter and stood there until a young man that was sweeping asked me, "are you here for something?" His tone wasn't rude, but that's a poorly worded statement to address to a customer. I responded to him that I was there to place an order, and he told me "you have to go to the other end," and no one was standing at that end. So I walk down there and waited. After about a minute and a half, another young man came and took my order as requested. I don't think that I would ever come back here of my own volition. Their food isn't exactly cheap, so their service shouldn't be the way it is.

Purchased two rice bowls here. They put the wrong kind of rice in it as they were short of the ones I wanted. They didn't have veggies and lettuce, too. So they charged me more for not even half the items that would be in a bowl and mainly they least sense of customer service. The tables and environment were yukk. I just took the food and left not complaining as they didn't seem to even care about it anyway!

Worse Chipotle I’ve ever ate,the rice was not cook well it was hard,literally the meat was so horrible cook,I had an online order,and for some reason they didn’t get it? The worker said she couldn’t find it in the system,but when the manager came she found it? The worker even seem like they didn’t care and was giving bad customer service.Food was bad and customer service was awful not even a 50/50.

They were out of steak.
