Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is always good & the service was nice.

Disappointed. Ingredients always seem to be out of stock. Serving doesn’t seem to be trained. Had to stop the servers from putting the wrong thing on too many times or they can’t properly respond to a “pinch” and or “a little more”. Utensils are out, drinks are out. It’s just too bad.

The ladies working today on 4/11 in the afternoon we're very sweet and helpful. Ive avoided chipotle for a while because service and quality has just been completely down here and even though it wasn't busy today my food was still fresh my guac was Green they had salad dressing after 1:00 p.m. the chips were stale but that seems to be a typical thing through all Chipotle so I just put them in the air fryer when I went home and everything was just pleasant. I probably won't go back for a while cuz I don't want my experience to be ruined but for the ladies working today y'all did a wonderful job and whoever else was in there working today shout out to y'all. appreciate it, thank you for making my meal awesome.

Yesterday I came in to get a pork bowl. When I walked in there were a couple people ahead of me waiting so I thought it was no big deal. After 15 minutes, I noticed that the line wasnt moving and I started to figure that something was up. I was finally able to get served only to be given some dry scraps of pork. Then the man serving me has the nerve to ask “you want to just mix it with chicken”? Dude no just go in the back and get more. Mind you this is a manager who was serving me. Then I proceeded to watch him have an attitude with customers and staff. I ended up walking out of line as I knew my bowl was not going to be enjoyable. This location needs serious help.

I live 2 minutes away, and I could really use a job. It is always nasty in there. They don't clean at all. I could make it a better place to sit and dine.

I mean service not bad but the portion are!!!,seems like every employee has a bad attitude cause it’s so much more work alone ,can’t blame them for that but it’s people that be so irritated that they give out small portions I feel sorry for the guy who was doing everything by himself but don’t cut us short cause they making you work harder

This is my local chipotle. Don't really have another option. Used to avoid this place but it seems like over the last couple months the food quality and service has improved. They doing something right.
