Chipotle Mexican Grill

Normally really like chipotle, this one however is horrible. Ordered online, went to pickup, no one doing anything, couldn't find my order, was asking everyone they finally said it was behind the counter. We paid for extra quac and chips and queso, they said they were out, made no attempt to refund, told me to go online for refund in which I was only given a complimentary chip n queso, which isn't complimentary, I paid for it and quac and received neither. Food was cold as if came out the refrigerator. Absolutely horrible experience. Rude staff!

Ordered Catering online and never showed up!! Spoke with them 8 in the morning and everything was on track, still never showed by 11:45am-12pm. Called for 45 minutes with no answer. Spoke with customer service and they couldn't get ahold of them either. No number for upper management.. I was without catering for my meeting.

Do Not Go! Chicken is undercooked and causes food poisoning! Not only did my group get food poisoning, our food which was ordered 3 hours in advance and was not available for pickup on time. The food was average, like any other chipotle, just with a side of food poisoning, which obviously is not normal. As soon as entering, we where greeted by two employees who screamed to my group that it was Online Order ONLY. They honestly acted like they didn’t want customers. Don’t just listen to my warning, it’s pretty clear from the countless other warnings .

This place needs to be shut down. The workers don’t care and will send out wrong orders ALL OF THE TIME. Order food online and you will receive some random person’s order, it’s ridiculous. When you call they don’t take your concerns seriously and just shrug it off because they are getting paid regardless. A HUGE ripoff. Chipotle sucks.

Dirty, slow, staff couldn’t care less.

Haven't been to Chipotle in years. Exactly like I remember. Only half the ingredients are in stock. They don't put up a sign at the beginning of the line so you don't find out until you ask for it. No carne asada. No veggies. Guac typical brown soggy stuff. Staff rang me up for carne asada even though they didn't even have it. It was >$16 for burrito+guac with no drink or chips. Terrible.
