These people need to wake up, there do not pay attention and there no sense of urgency. The gentleman I believe the cashier called him Matthew looked me dead in the eye and I said “can I get a burrito and a bowl to go” and I’m standing there for a while then he looks at me again and says how can I help you, I repeat myself again. Then he only makes me a burrito put not even half a spoon of rice. Finished the burrito and he gives it to the lady to check me out and I’m tell him I also asked for a bowl and he just stands there. The lady at the register looks and him and informs him I wanted a bowl too. He stands there a bit longer then proceed to make it, forget the beans I asked for I had to ask the next lady for beans again.
We had a truly appalling experience. There were large sharp pieces of plastic in the food. If I had eaten and been hurt, I would have sued. I hope the employees have sharp plastic in their food. Maybe they’ll also be lucky and find it before they get hurt.
Double meat somehow doesn't double your meat here. And they don't offer cilantro here. Corporate says they leave the cilantro to each store's discretion. I can't believe I had to go to corporate to get cilantro
anyone else notice their portion sizes are half what they once were ….? especially at this location

The price has skyrocketed here in the last year or 2, it cost about the same to eat at better place in the area. However this location is kept up well and Ive never had issues.
