The food itself is as expected. HOWEVER, when there are no dine in customers and 5 people waiting for online order, the 4 front staff are just chilling not making the online order at all.

These burritos used to be 7 bucks and would fill me up and now it's 15 and I'm still hungry.

Food is average for a chipotle. Service has become very disappointing in recent years. If there are more than 3 people in line, I won't bother, I don't feel like standing around 30 minutes for a burrito. Tables are very dirty all the time. Also, cost to food ratio is just too much to justify anymore. ♂️

Come here if you want to wait in line 20 minutes for some slop knowing they’ll be out of everything you want to put on your burrito. It’s insulting that chipotle is open in a city with so many better burrito options.
