Worst customer service ever barely gave me any meat asked politely for a tad bit more she said so double ? No the normal amount, replace the staff

Did a call in order. Showed up 10 minutes early, and the order was hot and ready to go! Staff was really great and had no issue when I requested extra salsa. Will visit again!

How do you mess up rice? Rice was dry and hard. Chicken had a bit of gristle which I'm ok with but more than I've ever had at Chipotle

Got order wrong again. Trash service. Overall a very dirty and lazy Chipotle.

This is the worst chipotle location. I ordered a salad…didn’t put salad in it. I noticed after he put the rice/beans/meat, and he said want it on top…well I guess I have no other option. The amount of meat and beans/rice they give you is crazy. They usually hook you up at chipotle…I was lucky if I got a 1/8th of a cup of chicken. I went home and added some frozen frozen chicken from H-E-B to my $18 bowl. Their portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous. The salad was super sad. I have went one other time to this location and it was exactly the same. I was in the same area, but I will drive the extra few miles to the location on Lamar to get what I paid for. It seems this is a common complaint for this location, why isn’t the management doing something about this? Def going to complain to corporate since they don’t seem to care.
