Very nice resturant :) first time in the states and really gave me some good experience w latin food

Staff is cool but if you go within three hours of close they will be missing half of the toppings Update 1/29/24- service still stinks, workers don’t wear gloves, touching food with hands and after eating chipotle 1-3 days a week since 2012 I haven’t been to this or any location in 6 to 8 months. I walked out after my last burrito bowl was made in December

The staff is always so friendly at this location! Diamond was amazing on the line and had great customer service!

I'm usually a fan of Chipotle for a quick and tasty meal, but my recent visit was frustratingly below par, primarily due to the service. Upon entering, we were greeted by a long line, which is not unusual during peak hours. However, what was unexpected was the seemingly endless wait before we could even place our orders. It took the staff nearly 10 minutes to attend to those of us waiting in line. This delay seemed to stem from a lack of organization as well as staff preparedness. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized and were not pleasant at all. This lack of coordination not only affected the speed of service but also the overall dining experience. This experience was a letdown, especially since I frequent this specific location. I hope Chipotle takes steps to improve their efficiency and staff training to avoid such situations in the future.

I can’t remember the last time I left a poor review for a place. Usually I don’t, but I was extremely unhappy with my visit here. I was standing for over 5 minutes before I acknowledged a staff member asking if she was taking orders which she unapologetically and unenthusiastically responded “are you picking up?” .. I would like to add, I understand that working customer service can be challenging. I’ve worked years of it myself. But this was a whole other level. Staff was disengaged and completely inattentive to customers. I received one smile, from one of the younger cooks. Price wise: My extra carnitas ($4+ alone) guacamole and chips brought me to $17.75. This didn’t include a drink. Honestly for this rate and for the portion, I may as well go to a restaurant where at least I can receive a smiling waiter/ waitress and be surrounded by a more welcoming atmosphere. I will not be returning to this location and would recommend others so the same.
