Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff were overwhelmed (understaffed seriously), but they were working hard and fast as they can. The chicken was very spicy and the rice was so hard, I thought I might chip a tooth. The drink station was empty (none of the teas were filled..dry as a bone), and no ice coming from soda machine and no chips available! Trash all over the place (next to soda station). However, staff were trying their Best (with trying to help as fast as they could with the growing line of customers). I dont blame the inferior food, no drinks, no ice, no chips available on the current staff. It's just sad to see my kids' favorite place to eat, going downhill so fast. I doubt we will return again, since my wife and kids didnt eat much of their food.

Food was good and staff was patient in working with our big group. Dietary restrictions: I have several food allergies, but it's easy to eat here since I get to pick what goes on my food.

We ordered a couple bowls at 8:10. It says it’ll be ready 8:20, cool. We leave immediately and go. We get there and it’s not ready, that’s fine. We wait. It doesn’t get ready until 8:40. 20 whole minutes. That sucks, but fine. Then we go to the pick up window and wait until it for 20 mins while they take 5+ mins per car to give them their order. It took a literal hour of us ordering to get our food and 40 mins of sitting in the car. They lied to us and made it take incredibly long for fast food. And by the time we got it it was cold. Crazy how bad they are. Waste of time and money

This place will rip you off. Ordered delivery in November and again in December, each time they forgot a side order of guacamole. Each time a coupon was offered with an expiration date. Cool! So to get your money back on an item you didn’t receive you need to spend more money at their store within 30 days. Straight up criminal!

Really enjoy Chipotle bowls, always fresh and affordable lunch!

Absolute garbage. Didn’t have veggies, napkins, chicken, run teenagers and absolutely horrendous serving sizes.
