Found avocado stucker in burrito.

Horrible service by the very short, black haired, fair-skinned young lady working around this time (8:45pm EST on April 13, 2024). Attitude wouldn't begin to describe her. It is very unfortunate because this was my first time to this location and I will not be coming back.

The female who gave me my pick up window order was rude and the guy that was there he did not even acknowledge me for 10 mins on my lunch break!!!!! If you plan an order online as pick up through the pick up window, be prepared to wait. This crew sucked!!

I never leave reviews...but man this is crazy. I am missing over half the ingredients I ordered the "queso" is teaspoon size missing lettuce, cheese, sour cream' green salsa, queso and I even tipped them through the app and picked up this atrocity and to top it off no fork in bag just terrible

I went to this location to have lunch, It was one of the worst chipotles that I have ever went to for lunch. The beverage machine was dirty, did not have ice. Whether utensils are at it was dirty food was all over the counter. The trashcan had all dried ketchup on the top of it. The floor was dirty with food particles on the floor. The tables for dining inside was dirty. There was trash in the window and on the floor. Today is April 1, 2024

Ordered through the app and order was incorrect. It was a very simple order, I was surprised it was made incorrectly

The last serveral times (over the past 6 months or so) I’ve come to this location, the rice has been undercooked. So hard that it is not edible. The last time the bowl was replaced during the same visit, but the rice was still hard. This has happened several times, where I had not had this issue previously at this same location. It is the closest location to my home, and I enjoy chipotle, but this has deterred me from eating there. I keep going back hoping it’ll be better but has been this way at least 5 times. It has to been thrown away, so a waste of money, as your prices keep going up. my mom has also had the same experience on separate occasions meaning this is a reoccurring and obvious issue.

Sat in drive thru for almost 40 minutes.
