Chipotle Mexican Grill

Out of barbacoa, out of carne asada, carnitas had visible lumps of fat in the container, went with their regular steak. Server put barely a spoon of meat on (guess because the steaks were still cooking so trying to conserve). What there was was mostly gristle. And the guacamole was browning. No consistency at all here at lunch time.

Waited in line for about 20 minutes. Just as we were able to step up to order, the workers made an announcement stating they were out of cheese and it would be available in 25-30 minutes. Left the store, but asked my wife what place doesn't have enough ingredients for a Friday night dinner? Thanks for wasting my time.

Stale food, rude staff.

This is the worst chipotle location I ever experienced! Ever time I order my food it’s waste of money. I recent accidentally got it delivered from this location and didn’t realize until I got my bag and look at the food! I should have made sure where I was ordering from but i forgot. I previously ate at this location couple times. They always run out food and just don’t how to make what you ask for. I just order salad with chicken and tomato salsa and corn and guacamole. It was not a salad! I only had like 5 leafy lettuce pieces and veggies and barely any chicken and corn but so much tomato salsa! It was nasty! I’m pissed! I’m spent 20.00 for my food. You would think they would get together with all the complaints and issues. So recommend NO ONE to go to that location cause you will waste your MONEY!!

The worst service at a Chipotle. I asked for a small amount of sour cream. When the guy went to put a huge second spoonful, I spoke up. He then scooped the extra sour cream ( with pieces of chicken in it ) and returned it to the bin on the line. I use to be in the service industry and said to him ....you can't do that, you have to pull the sour cream. He just shrugged his shoulders. I then said something to the cashier and he did nothing. I was honestly blown away. 3 employees and not 1 cared about the product, the service or proper food handling. I expect more from the Chipotle brand then others, this was eye opening.

Store employee put old rice in a new batch. I request the fresh rice which was out. She heard my request rolled her eyes and put the old rice in new batch. Store is dirty, no clean tables available. All employees looked mad and upset. Never coming back. Food was not fresh.

Hard to get in and out/parking

Do not order online from these people. They have no idea what they are doing. We waited twenty minutes for our online order that we ordered 30 minutes prior, while at least 10 people walked in off the street, got in line, ordered their food, paid for it and left.
