The worst chipotle I’ve ever been! The corn and salsa are even frozen!

Truly didn’t believe the reviews on how terrible this place was. I am an avid chipotle eater and have been to many different chipotles in different areas and I can hones Say this was the slowest, least helpful and rude staff I have ever ran into. After ordering my food a half hour in advance I had to wait in line with +10 people for another half hour for them to tell us there still handing orders from 2 hours ago and never getting my food. When I asked for a cancellation or refund I was told there was nothing that could be done. And while the pickup line was so backed up there was no one on the main line helping out or no one offering compensation for our time. This chipotle has single handily made me take a long pause from eating at chipotle for a while if I ever do eat there again.

Portions are embarrassing small and worse if you order online. It’s ridiculous. Practically a scam when you order a $12 bowl online and you get half the ingredients !!!

My team ordered lunch to pickup from this location. 3 of 4 orders were incorrect.
