Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was terrible. Tried reaching out through Chipotle first, but they just want to give me a run around proving I was here instead of making it right. Waste of time.

Go here for lunch during work and they always skimp on portions so hard. Payed extra for double meat and dont even get hardly a whole portion. Also they skimp on rice and anything you order they try and give you the bare minimum.

Food looked like it had been sitting it out for a long time. I’m not even sure I want to eat it. Staff completely checked out. The decline of this place is sad to see

If you want some Mexican in a hurry, this is probably one of the best places

I’ve never had to throw away a bowl of Chipotle until now. Ordered for pickup via the app. Got home to eat it and realize they completely forgot my protein, but the white rice was super hard. Like it was days old. I’m not one to waste so I still tried to eat it, but there was no way. Felt like a sin to throw it out, but it was definitely inedible.

Chastain Chipotle absolutely horrible. There was trash everywhere, employees yelling and laughing so loud you can’t hear anything but them. Did not offer all of the ingredients because they were “short staffed” there were 6 employees and 2 customers. Do not go there.
