There’s always a problem when I come to this Chipotle. I come in today and there is a worker in training. He was polite. The woman “training” him was not polite and has 0 customer service skills. There was no Black beans or fajita veggies. Instead of grabbing more from the back I received a meager serving of both. She was working like there was a huge rush but it was 3:30 and there were only 4 of us in the line. The woman that was training had an issue when I asked for my guacamole on the side, which is a typical request. The environment is always hostile, the workers don’t listen and don’t have any customer service. The last time I visited there was an issue where they tried to double charge me for my food because they didn’t keep track of it. Again, there were not a lot of people in line. When they couldn’t understand what we were telling them or what was on the receipt, they waved me off and the cashier literally said “Whatever”.

From looking at these reviews I can already see that the issue most definitely lies within this particular establishment itself. I WANT YOU TO CAREFULLY READ THE NEXT SENTENCES I'M ABOUT TO POST: My girlfriend and I visited this location today 1/16/24 at approx. 1:05pm. My girlfriend went inside to pick up a doordash order. Initially, there was a young lady who was assisting her with locating the order. She asked my girlfriend for the order number and my girlfriend provided to her. No issue there. They both had a little trouble finding the order on the shelf at first but my girlfriend ended up locating it and proceeded to leave the store at what time an entirely different associate (a heavy set, brown skinned female), who had absolutely nothing to do with the entire ordeal, came out of nowhere, with a very nasty attitude and demanded that my girlfriend give her the order number as well. Because of her unprofessional, nasty, and aggressive demeanor and tone, my girlfriend ignored her and proceeded to leave. At that moment, this particular associate yelled to my girlfriend "Don't come back here!". From there, she started yelling discriminatory remarks such as "dyke" and making comments about my girlfriend's physical appearance. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Especially coming from a reputable establishment such as Chipotle, or any establishment for that matter!! As an associate, ON THE CLOCK AT THAT, you are trained to work by certain standards and to handle situations with professionalism and this was NOT it! At NO time do you spew any type of discriminatory, racial, etc remarks to a customer. I can name at least a dozen ways that this associate could and should have handled the situation. I am LIVID! I do want to note that I spoke with the floor manager, who was not aware that this incident took place, and she assured me that this would be investigated, however I take this type of issue extremely seriously and this needs to be made aware of. I've also contacted customer support and plan to contact news outlets as well as any other relatable outlets or organizations. Spewing discriminatory or racially motivated remarks towards a customer should be an automatic termination, no if's, ands or buts about it. I would NEVER spend money on this Chipotle and possibly any Chipotle. For an associate, at work, on the clock, to be so bold as to act the way she did and say the things that she said is beyond me but I promise you I will not stop until we see some type of repurcussion against this employee. She had the right one today!!!

This was an online order and I wasn’t pleased with the amount of food that was in my bowl. The portion that I received was not worth the money i spent. I barely had any meat. I will not be doing anymore ordering from this Chipotle.

A Lil slow but the people here are super friendly

This chipotle location on Ponce De Leon isn’t the best at all, from the beginning to end and I’ve been there a lot due to that it’s near where I live. Every time I’m there the experience hasn’t been great due to the customer service, they wasn’t taking orders inside the store we were having to order by the app before coming to pick up the food to forgetting to give my bottle of water at the end . Seem like no one is friendly enough to be there, and that’s not the vibe. I haven’t been back to this location in a min but I Recently went again and the food wasn’t good the rice was hard, seem like there was pulled chicken for my bowl and tbh I really did t feel good afterwards , I really expected a lot from Chipotle but it’s been very disappointing every time, I’m always worried to go back into that location to be let down.
