Super recomendado!! Buen ambiente para disfrutar de un rico plato
Asked for a tortilla on the side and was told it would be 53 cents. Not sure why? Never ever been to a chipotle who charges for tortillas. Thought they were joking but the fact that I’m here writing this review shows just how serious they were. It’s giving “the ghetto” cuz why? And the small portion of meat to the point she was almost point them in the bowl one by one but heavy handiness on everything else was irritating.
Gave me a small borito and I asked for a different size and she ignore me
I generally like this location due to their healthy portions and friendly employees. But they’ve started being more inconsistent. The past few times I’ve gone they’ve been out of various ingredients (and have shrugged when asked if/when they would be restocked) and most recently the black beans were so undercooked that they were like rocks. We had to pick them out.
Decent at best. Extremely inconsistent. No clear manager / shift leader on site. Sometimes the burritos are decent, sometimes they are tiny. Sometimes your food is ready on time, sometimes they are 15-30+ minutes behind. Sometimes they acknowledge you while you wait for your food, sometimes not (albeit this has improved mildly recently). My advice, you will have better luck just about anywhere else.
Trash piled everywhere, out of queso, pico, cheese, onions and peppers 3 hr before closing. Gross back counter top. Really disappointing experience here.
Chipotle, YAY! Student center, eewwww. I'm in here once a season or so as it is near my house and one of the better student food choices. Also, it has a small outdoor patio. It is fresh and healthy food served by the enthusiastically confused with a dining area that looks like teenagers clean it. Need I say more? Look at the pics. Notice how many people are idle behind the counter and how much debris is on the tables. I am tempted to give them another star just for cuteness. I asked the gal behind the counter for a few extra chips for my kid and she remarked, "two or three?" It's good food. It's quick. It's fresh. You should probably get it to go. Vegetarian options: Salads, cheese, tofu, chips, guacamole. Dietary restrictions: The build-a-meal approach makes it easy to deal with dietary restrictions.
Just NO. Don't do it. Walked in 3 hours before closing. There was literally not 1 clean table. Filthy is an understatement. We waited in line for 10ish minutes but heard the line guy tell a customer, we're out of white rice, brown rice, black beans and pinto beans. By the time we got to the line, we saw empty food containers that had been baking on the hot plates for a very long time, no veggies, brown-ish guac, food on the floor, and, shockingly, 4 people in the back of the kitchen - no idea what they were doing but it wasn't serving customers and not 1 ounce of concern or urgency. If there was a manager on duty, he/she should be terminated. This was simply gross ( pun intended ) negligence for a food establishment. For what it's worth, CAVA, next door, had great fresh food, nice and fresh, no wait and friendly people behind the counter.
I went in on a super busy night and the folks behind the counter kept things moving at a great pace without sacrificing quality. I had one of the best chipotle burritos of my life (and I promise I’m using a large sample size)
