The workers are nice and professional. The food is delicious. I visit this location at least 2 to 3 times a week. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Nedra Adams
Worst Chipotle location in existence. Slowest workers in existence. Constantly out of everything. I once went and they only had steak and sauces - not even rice or lettuce! Lots of people working, but nobody doing anything. I have drive an extra 10 minutes just to go to a different location.
This used to be a great location that I went to frequently. But it hasn’t been good in 5 years. I live just around the corner but go to any other location other than this one. They always run out of everything They never clean They are always short staffed And the service is horrible.
The general manager Joseph Alexander has done nothing but destroy what once was a thriving chipotle. He has made the whole workplace unbearable for employees as well as customers. He abuses his authority and treats the older citizens whos employed with so much disrespect it's hard for them to do their job. He is very sexist and only seems to hire young girls who him and his "group of men" can prey on. He doesn't hold his self accountable and to be honest its only a matter of time before that chipotle will have to be shut down due to the decrease of employment and business.
Rude staff small portions. I miss the way chipotle used to be
This Chipotle location really struggles to get online orders correct. It gets really busy, but that doesn't excuse the constant errors. I've ordered multiple times, and each time there has been some sort of issue. I've gotten a lot of free entrees from Chipotle because of this location. If you can, just go to the one at Briarwood.
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Walked in several hours before close, there were 4 employees just loitering around the store, vaping inside, eating at the tables, getting themselves drinks. They had absolutely no rice. Staff were extremely unwilling to help and we waited over 5 min in a nearly empty store for anyone to even walk over and try to help us. Usually this store has unreliable hours and terribly rude staff, but this experience was awful. The guy who helped us was just on his phone, begrudgingly walking up to us. And the store was disgusting, empty food containers and cups/trash on half the tables. Management & staff are truly failing this place.
I've been to a few Chipotles, and sadly my experiences at this one have not been as good at others. Today I went in for a mobile order, felt my bowl was skimped after ordering extra rice and beans, it was missing items, and somehow cold despite the workers handing it directly to me as it was made. Definitely not horrific, but compared to the other Chipotles I've gone to, this was majorly lacking. Doubt I'll bother coming back to this location at this rate if they can't keep their food warm or bother to let me know they're out of any toppings. They did at least let us know they were out of Sprite. Pepper, their chatbot, wasn't very useful either. Overall disappointing, but not offensively disappointing. Would come here in a pinch, but honestly, there's too many options to warrant me coming back here unless they step their game back up.
