The never have ice on the Machine

Way too expensive!! Haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why. Burrito was $10 and it’s a good size so that’s fine but $2.80 for a small scoop of guacamole?? Also $3.10 for a small soda that you prefilled with 75% ice?? Come on man stop short changing customers. Another thing on kids meal I got chicken and they had a slightly spicy sauce on the chicken which for an adult totally fine but my 4 yr old isn’t going to eat that I thought you were doing just plain grilled chicken and can you also cut the quesadilla? It’s for a little kid. Read the room and proactively make it more convenient for the parent and the child dude! They were nice enough but just not considerate and gouging on prices. Won’t go here again for these reasons

I came here because chipotle is my favorite restaurant I even used to work at a chipotle in the Midwest and know my way of asking… the only downside on this visit was that I had specifically asked for my daughters food to be charged as two sides and “Mary” the co worker was not listening and wanted to charge me as a full bowl, she also kept going back and fourth with my food to the take out station when she could of just re filled the chicken, I also got cut in line and she was not nice enough to tell the people behind me sorry for the way I had even told them they can cut me, when I told her to please charge me as two sides because my daughter only wanted meat and rice she Hesistated and had a nervous smerk of unlikeliest towards me, I really don’t appreciate Mary’s attitude and her customer service on this day and this specific location.

Always consistent with the food quality and taste.
