Chipotle Mexican Grill

I want to preface by saying I never leave bad reviews, but it’s come to the point of ridiculousness. I am a chipotle LOVER. I have been to multiple locations, and this is by far the worst overall experience I’ve had at a chipotle. I’ve been to this place multiple times, and every single time, there has been something wrong. The employees are rude and act like everything is an inconvenience, they upcharge, changing my regular kids quesadilla order that costs only around 5 dollars at every other location i’ve been to, to 9. I have also had multiple issues with doordash chipotle orders from this specific location. The place is always dirty with trash lying around. Overall, do not go to this location, there are so many better ones nearby. I recommend the campbell location.

They always forget to put spoons and forks

It's no point in ordering your food here early. You will still have to wait 30 minutes to pick it up period I've been here 3 years and it hasn't changed period which is why I avoid it all together.

Dirty

Upon getting home,noticed my order was incorrect. Called Chipotle, they asked full name, placed it on a list to later get a correct order. Returned to Chipotle, they asked my. Didn't check to see if I was on list. An asked for my receipt. I produced my screenshot receipt. Mngr. said I needed to have the actual receipt. Without walking from counter, nor checking for my name. He insisted that I wasn't on the list. I'm totally sure how this works or how which customers are treated certain ways. I definitely won't patronize this establishment again.

Workers are nice, and the food was good. However, something is wrong with their pickup system because there was a line of people waiting for their pickup orders that the store didn't receive.

The only food my wife wants from this place is a chicken and cheese quesadilla. The only way to get a chicken and cheese quesadilla is to order it online. I cannot walk into a Chipotle and order a chicken and cheese quesadilla. I have to go online and order it first. They make it in the store, just like everything else, but you have to order it online. Very Moronic.
