Best Chinese food in San Diego, fun atmosphere and good service

Food and service were excellent. We ordered the Sizzling Rice Soup, which always tastes fresh and "clean." The tangerine beef was tender on the inside with a very thin crispy or coating...perfect. Ordered spicy level 3/5 which was perfect to get all the flavors. The Szechuan green beans were also perfectly braised and seasoned. Can't wait to go back!

It was a pleasure to be in the busiest and in the tastiest Chinese restaurant. I ordered chicken sesame, Mongolian beef and so on. Some of the soft drinks. Overall great in cuisine. But horrible in Service. Waiters and Waitresses are really angry and rude to customers.

The food was good. It could have been warmer.

Love this place! I have been to this Chin's location many times with family and friends. The service is always top notch, and I could not ask for better. The service staff is friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere is amazing with pretty decorative interior design, inviting lighting effects and soothing instrumental music to enhance the dining experience, although you might want to bring a pocket flash light to read the menu, would not be a bad idea haha. The food is always very fresh and perfect temperature when served. The cream cheese wonton appetizers, tangerine chicken and sweet spicy sesame chicken are some of my favorite selections. I will definitely be returning to Chin's in Rancho Bernardo very soon! Thanks Chin's! ❤️

I will NEVER return here again. I used to come here often with my mom. But today, $70 down the drain. You would think if you spend $20/per plate, you would leave happy, but it’s aggravating when Panda Express tastes better. I was honest about the Mongolian Beef, it was all onions and hardly any meat. Just tiny slivers and it was COLD. The waitress responds with a scoff and says, but they just made it. So I’m lying? For what? No one ate it. It was gross. The Lo Mein was cold also and very little meat toppings for the extra charge. The “Tangerine” Chicken was all overly crispy breading and my kids wouldn’t eat it either. They never turn down an “Orange” chicken. I only ate what I could handle because I was very hungry. It was worse when the waitress came out and said she asked them to make it again and I said, “we didn’t like it, it’s ok we don’t need another one” she says “you can take it to go” and I said humbly “I don’t want to take food home we won’t eat, it’s ok because we didn’t like it” and she brings out the check and shamelessly takes my card quickly to charge it before I could see the check and mention that she still charged us the beef. She says she can ask. At this point, I’m just done. I don’t like shameless people who just take money and don’t care about their customers. I told her forget it. I’m just not going to come back. The manager I believe comes over and says I’ll give you credit for next time and by then it’s too late. I tell her it’s fine I’m not coming back, I don’t know why the food was so bad this time but I never want to eat food that bad again. I’m very upset it was my mom’s birthday and it was a awful experience. I will be looking up better Chinese restaurants. Very disappointing Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly
