동네 맛있는 중국집.. 코스요리 가성비 갑!!!

This place is closed and changing names to Paik's Noodles. ‐----- We went today and the place is closed for renovations?!?! No sign or notice on the doors. Sad. We drove all this way for nothing.

23.OCT.21 기준 음식평(주방장님 일일 컨디션따라 맛도 바뀌죠). 주문내역:탕짜짬 세트+해물짬뽕. 춘장: 한국 춘장보다 살짝 싱거움. 면발: 요때 면이 잘 삶겼습니다. 짜장: 재료가 사이즈가 작습니다.(외국인들은 재료 굵은거 찾는듯) 식으니 살짝 짜네요. 짬뽕: 불향과 껍질째 홍합을 써서 향을 쎄게 강조하는 주변 중국집보다 향이 은은합니다. 여긴 깐홍합을 쓰네요. 오징어등 해산물은 잡내없었습니다. 탕수육: 부먹으로 나옵니다. 다른 곳은 소스에 생야채를 그때그때 넣어서 야채 아식함을 강조하는데 여긴 미리 같이 좀 끓이시는듯? ##총평: 90~2000년초 옛날 중식집 맛에 가깝습니다. 최근 퓨전중식집보다 덜짜고 덜맵습니다. 오히려 비교적 은은한 불향과 재료향입니다. 강렬한 맵짠이 부담스런 어르신, 아이들에게 아빠 어린시절 중식맛을 보여주고 싶으신 분들께 여기 추천합니다. 개인적으로 고혈압이 있어 다소 싱겁게 먹습니다. 그래서 짬뽕국물을 다 안먹는데 여긴 좀 덜짜고 향이 비교적 은은해서 한그릇 다비웠습니다. 반대로 부정적으로 확 평가하면 주방장님이 신참이라 맛을 찾아가는 중이라 슴슴할수도 있겠죠? 어서 이곳만의 맛의 특색을 가지시길 희망합니다. 잘 먹고 갑니다. 번창하세요.^^

I ordered spicy Jajangmyeon, black bean noodle. I love that dish. It was not spicy at all, but I love that flavor. By the way, when you order this Jajangmyeon, I suggest not to wear anything light color shirts cause no matter how much you pay attention not to mess your clothes, you end up having some sort of black spots on your shirts…like me. This restaurant is closed on Wednesday. Parking: No issue of finding a parking spot.

이상하네요. 맛집 많이 가봤지만 여기 매운 짬뽕은 비교 불간데. 전 아틀란타 가면 먼저 가는 데가 여기입니다. 아틀란타에 한식당 리뷰들이 좀 이상하다는 생각 많이 합니다. 경쟁업체나 지인들이 구글 리뷰를 많이 흐려 놓는 듯. 여기 1,2 평가 단 몇명 찝어서 트래킹 했더니, 그런거 같습니다. . 장충동 족발도 별 셋이던데. 최고죠, 가격, 맛 여기 족발. 경미에서 페이하면, 항상 TIP을 차지 안 하고, 처음 결제한 금액만 포스팅 됩니다. 여기 일하시는 분들이, 최초결제금액 후 팁을 추가 청구하는 법을 모르시는거 같은데, 벌써 2년째네요. 음식만 잘 만들고 장사만 열심히 하면, 이런거 몰라도 다 사람들이 알아줄 거라 생각하는 순진한 분들 같아서 더 안타깝네요. 제 가족도 한국서 음식 장사하는데, 제가 음식장사 했으면, 여기 짬뽕 짜장면 전수 받고 싶울 정도네요. 불맛, 깊은 국물맛, 엄청난 오징어, 야채, 40년 먹어본 짬뽕중에 최곱니다

I received an invitation from a friend to try out a Chinese food joint. Eager to delve into some Korean soul food, I decided on Jjajangmyun (짜장면) and specifically went for the seafood variation - the Three Seafood Jjajangmyun (삼선간짜장). Drawing from my past experiences and diverse tastes, I've developed a knack for recognizing exceptional flavors. As I eagerly anticipated, I was looking for the pinnacle of taste. However, when it came to the crunch, the experience wasn't quite up to par. I'd rate the taste a 3 out of 5. My main qualms revolved around the Jjajang paste, which didn't have the heat I was expecting, and the seafood elements were chopped into tiny bits, which hindered the enjoyment of these key ingredients with chopsticks. The timing of our visit fell just beyond the peak lunch hours, making us the sole diners at that moment. It left me contemplating whether expecting different results while executing the same methods could lead to success in the fierce culinary arena.
