Chinese American House

It's a really good, fresh, cook to order, Chinese restaurant. The cashiers make a genuine effort to be personable and engaging. It's a go to spot for me.

I ordered my food at 3:00 pm. I already read some bad reviews about timing so showed up at 330. Even though they said 10 mins. I'm in line to pick up and they are calling me asking what kind of rice. I tell the lady behind the counter sit down and wait. Watch a bunch of customers come in and order food wait a few minutes and walk out. The time is now 4:30 I just leave bc 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting on food they said would be done in 10 is extremely crazy to me. I get a call at 4:37 saying my food is ready. Do not recommend.

I called the restaurant after getting my food to let them know the rice had a sour taste. The older guy ask me to bring back so I did... He asked me what I wanted to do so I said just give me the wings and half my money back. He caught attitude and got loud with me and said for me not to order from them anymore. Took my wings and gave me full refund... I didn't like the way he talk to me when I was being respectful... He was very nasty. I will not be visiting here again.... And I only ate from they establishment 1 time before this..

Everyone in my household got food poisoning from this establishment and was tag teaming to the bathroom all night. I am pretty sure that everyone that ordered that day got food poisoning as well whether they had vomit or it came out the other end. We order on February 6th The dishes that were ordered were the following: Beef Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and Shrimp Fried Rice.

The general zso chicken was mushy and tasted fishy. The fried rice smell like it was burnt! I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

Rice was bland, and the "teriyaki chicken on a stick" was some sort of dark dry disgusting flap of mystery meat
