Came here from a recommendation from a local friend! Best experience and amazing food! Bobby who was our waiter was so nice and just made us feel at home, will be back again no questions asked! Couldn’t recommend more!!
Went here for lunch with my family and let me just say this was an incredible spot to go to. What we got was the plate of roasted rack of crispy pork, the two bbq meat of duck and crispy pork and Gai Lan with garlic oil. All of the dishes were absolutely delicious, the pork being the star of the show had a nice crunch with the fat literally melting in your mouth. These dishes ARE quite heavy so I suggest going when you haven't eaten anything. When it comes to the service, its a 5 out of 5, they will make sure your drink is not empty at all, very friendly staff and there is not a long wait for food.
Overall good food Quality.
Great Atmosphere and great food! We went here on Easter Saturday to try the Duck, mainly! We had the small portion of duck and the 2 meat platter with 2 kinds of pork (rice on the side was extra $3) and the Gai Lan in Garlic. It was super tasty and plenty of food for 2 people! We really enjoyed the Hong Kong Style Pork. Having gotten the smaller portion of duck, the piece was butchered quite roughly meaning there was more bones than expected! That being said, if we had of gotten a half duck rather than the small, this probably wouldn’t have been as big an issue. All in all great food for a great price and we will definitely be back! We made a booking for 5:45 and was worth it as the line up was 15+ people when we arrived.
Second time here Food and service still as good as first time YUMMMMmy !!!!! Reasonable price !!!
The food is super delicous. it is totally worth trying. search on webiste and said this place is tasty, and sure it is. if i have a chance, i really want to try it for every dish in the menu. love it.
One of the Best Char Siu Barbecue on This Side of the Pacific! I was visiting with my family, and we ordered Cha Siu plate with rice, and it was so good, I ordered another 1 lb of Hong Kong Style Fatty Char Siu. Bobby and his staff treated me like a long time friend or part of the family. And regarding the ambience, I felt like I traveled back in time to an older Vancouver Chinatown with all the old family photos on the wall and zither music in the background.
We visited the Chinatown BBQ restaurant during our trip to Vancouver and my oh my!! The food was delicious! We got the 2 meat combo with rice and the fried rice. The roasted pork could very well be one of the tastiest I’ve ever consumed! A must visit when you are in Vancouver.
Great friendly service, very tasty BBQ meats, enjoyable atmosphere, beautiful decor, and clean. Service available in Chinese or English. I ordered the mixed plate of BBQ meats with a side of Gailan. So I got to try all the different types of BBQ meats. I highly recommend this restaurant.
