Very tasty

We ordered mu su pork tonight along with wonton soup. The soup was good but the pork was tasteless and mushy, like it had been sitting for a long time. We picked it up after a ten minute pick up time. We proceeded to make one each of the pancakes with the dinner. It was horrible and no taste. We called to tell them we were bring back for refund or something else. They kept saying next time ask for more sauce.??? When I arrived they said we had eaten some of it and could not give us but half back. We tossed out the two pancakes after the taste left us not to eat anymore. They just lost a customer over $6. We eat there quite a bit but will never go back. Very bad customer service. How were we suppose to taste it without making a pancake? I would say don’t eat here and this is probably why they have a 3.5 rating. Go to China Garden better food and customer service

The best in Sarasota

The service was great, and the food wasn’t bad, from what I ate anyways. However, there was a sliver of metal in the food, shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos. This could have been pretty bad to ingest and I’m very happy I found it before that happened. I know these things happen but again, this could have led to a doctor or hospital visit.

Quickly processed my food order, provided my drinks and I was on my way. Food was very good.

Over priced and not enough food. The most expensive lunch special I’ve gotten and the least amount of food I’ve ever gotten. I paid over $10 after taxes and literally got flavorless food and again the smallest portion of Chinese I’ve gotten and I eat Chinese 3 to 4 times a week for lunch

This place is dirty. The beef & string beans was so bad I couldn’t eat the meat. I ate the beans and rice. I doubted whether the beef was even beef it was soft and sort of mushy Absolutely disgusting food!! I can’t believe I spent almost $40 including a tip for pick up food and I couldn't eat it. Never again! Go to Rice Box! They are closed until 10/16 or I would have ordered from there. They are also very nice and thankful for their customers. This place could have cared less about me.

Customer service needs a lot of work. First time visit and we placed an order via phone. We called back 5 minutes later to make an easy adjustment to the meal. When we walked in an older asian lady demanded that we pay for the meal and that no adjustments would be made. So I ended up having to pay for another version of that meal with the adjustment. Food was okay, I asked for the food to be spicy and they didn't make it spicy.
