I was so excited to eat here but was a little disappointed by the food. Maybe we ordered the wrong things! We got their #1 selling pork buns (amazing), Dandan noodles (I’ve had much better) and green beans (portion was way too much for 2 people). The service and atmosphere are fun though and the interior is very modern. I’d come back with a bigger group and try different items.

Automatic 20% tip. Automatic 5% sf fee. Then the tax is on top of both of these so you end up paying higher sales tax. The waiter also served us for an extra bun that we did not order.

Low stars more reflective on "up-charges" than food. My food bill cost was approximately $40 but my total bill was $73!? Really? Bill included 18% service, 4.5% SF mandatory health charge (that's not really mandatory & you can ask to remove this & service charge if you ask) and then sales tax. Then server expects (at least my server did) additional gratitude). They also tax the tax...another really? Decent meal offset by cost.

Clean taste and interior comparing it to the older restaurants in the area, bit pricey and time between dishes is too long….

It was supposed to be 25h Bday hot place No particular extra attention for the occasion was given Service was ok but not attentive. Each dish came at different time and yet it was mushy like it sat under a heater for a better time, Impossible dim sum was soso and duck’s skin in a crispy pocket wasnt crispy at all inside or out Overall unimpressed.

I ordered two “bake at home Dutch crunch buns” one order consisting of 6 and 12 for two orders. The food arrived on time since I paid for priority through Uber eats. Unfortunately neither the person filling the take out orders nor the driver double check to make sure that everything was in the bag. Being a prior employee @ China Live and working at the take out counter myself, this would have never happened. Very disappointing that the quality of efficiency has dropped. They staple a copy of the order to the side of the bag so this will not happen, this means the driver arrived and the China live employee handed him the bag without making sure it was fulfilled properly. Step up your game again!

Recommend: -Peking Duck with Kumquat Glaze, Traditional Condiments, 5 Sesame Pockets 芝 - #1 dimsum - Crispy-Skin Roasted Pork Belly Cubes, 'Siu Yuk" -Char Siu BBQ Pork " Dutch Crunch" Baked Buns -Hong Kong Wok-Fried Egg Noodles -Wok Seared Filet Mignon 'Steak Ko,' Snow Peas My fav Chinese in the area. The service was great and food is awesome! Want to go back try other menu.

Came here for lunch. There was a lot of flies in the general eating area. The food was pretty great all things considered but then we got hit with a 20% mandated service charge. I feel like we should have been alerted to this before.
