TLDR: China Hut College Park has some of the best tasting and best quality Chinese takeout in Orlando. The above TLDR is a good summary, but let's get into the details for this review. What I ordered: - Crab Rangoon - Pan Fried Pork Dumplings - General Tso's Large Extra Spicy - Pork Fried Rice My full bellied thoughts: The Crab Rangoon was the wonton wrap and not a triangle, which makes it better than a lot of places. It was fried well, and the filling was tasty. The Dumplings were flavorful on their own, but in my opinion, a dumping is best when soaked in the dumpling sauce. Unfortunately, this dumpling sauce was mostly soy. So the dumplings became overly salty when properly dipped. I would have liked to see more flavor in the sauce, but the dumplings did well enough on their own. The General Tso's was nearly perfect and was actually spicy. As a white guy, I'm used to Asian restaurants not believing how spicy I like my food, even when I order extra spicy. This time, the food had a real kick to it. It could have used a bit more spice, but since I haven't found a spicy Tso's takeout, I can absolutely work with this. As a side note, the broccoli in the dish was not covered in sauce so it was enjoyable on its own with a hint of the sauce. Finally the Pork Fried Rice was simply delicious. I'm not a fan of the yellow fried rice that is prevalent in Orlando, so when I realized it wasn't yellow rice, I was excited. The rice could have been slightly more fried, but I really have no complaints here, it's good rice. Overall, the food felt fresh and of a good quality. I'll definitely be going back
