I asked for a specific items with little sauce as I've done in recent past the order was wrong... Rice was hard... No white rice got fried rice... Only 4 shrimp when it was 6... Veggies hard as a rock Something has changed n not for the better. We will never order again after 4 years of ordering Dietary restrictions: Been using this place for years They usually go by my phn number n know where to delivery . Tonight the they asked like I was calling for first time... I advised them! I'm in system...manager got on phn says they changed to new system... I asked did they lose all customer base... She couldn't answer.. I asked has the place been sold she said no

I found bugs in my food I don't know how you burn soup and the ribs but you did I would not recommend disgusting

Updated : This place ALWAYS has great food as I've mentioned .. since the last experience from the review I posted , The Owners have apologized to us, fired the rude employee and They've been totally genuine about regaining our trust from the past experience and stood on their business . I will continue to dine with this establishment. Thank you to the Owners for reaching out to us to make things right . Much Respect. I would give this place a -37 ( negative Thirty-seven) after this evening's experience.. my family and friends ordered food which previously we've ALWAYS ordered from China House FOR YEARS .. this evening we spent 150$ worth of food and The recent delivery driver , in his crazy mind thought that he deserved a huge tip for coming 3 minutes down from the restaurant , we paid exact change and gave him a five buck tip ... this man threw the change on the ground and mumbled spanish slang (because we know ) disrespectfully to an eldery lady whom answered.. We called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager to explain what happened , and they put us on hold then , sent us to a voice-mail as if they were closed .. This is unacceptable, people support this restaurant daily and for a NEW person who hasn't worked there to come and treat your reaccuring customers like this is very unprofessional.. We will NOT support this restaurant as long as this driver is employed, because THESE are the type of people you don't want cooking and delivering your food, because it seems like people don't value your support and care to serve you anymore .. Sad .

We ordered the family meal & it was amazing! There was SO much food, it was delicious & reasonably priced (especially for how much food we got). We ordered delivery & it arrived sooner than expected.

I’m lucky this place is just down the street from my house. I am always impressed by the high quality veggies included in the meals - especially for their low prices. I easily get 2 meals (sometimes 2.5) out of a single entree order. Very quick service as well.

Best Chinese food I have had in years. We had the Family Pack A, Wonton Soup, General Tso’s Chicken, & Chicken with broccoli. Great price and quantity. Delivered to our hotel. Highly recommended.
