A long white hair or synthetic string was found in my food. My hubby took it back and showed it to the lady at the counter. Then she said, "thank you", as if she did nothing wrong. No apologies or refund. Very disappointed.

It the closest to New England Chinese food you can find in this area. The boneless spare ribs are pretty spot on.
