I like the hole in the wall Chinese restaurants. What they lack in atmosphere they make up for in food and service. Portions are usually generous. They fit that description here. Not much to look at. It doesn't matter, you're getting take out anyway. One down side is they don't look very clean. ( In general) Parking: It's part of a plaza, so it's shared parking.
