Chimney Rock Smokehouse

What a cool place! The BBQ is just WOW. It doesn't get better than this. Great service too. Will be back to Chimney Rock just for this place. Vegetarian options: Tomato sandwich was great

My family ate here the other night. Would definitely come back again! The food and service was fantastic! We had barely any wait! Martie was a superb bartender and all the servers were so friendly. Definitely make a stop at Chimney Rock Smokehouse on your way through!

I Hurd about this great place thru the Carolinian and I have to say hands down the best brisket you will ever eat in your life, ribs that fall off the bone. They also have live bands hand crafted beer and the servers are absolutely amazing!!! And I even got to meet young Pitt master Anthony Norwood himself who is the heart and soul behind western nc best bbq award 2023!!!

we were told to find a seat. and that wait time of 40 mins. kindly asked if we could order drinks while waiting and it was told that it would not be a problem. after sitting for 10 mins. we were kicked out by waitress. stated that they could not server us.

We stayed in Chimney Rock and we spotted this smoke house, we ordered to go. Everyone was so nice and my husband met the owners, but more importantly the brisket was so freaking moist and delicious. I could taste the smoke. The smoke ring was gorgeous. We got the sampler platter and we were not disappointed in anything. The “Cooked to Death” green beans were amazing (I didn’t need to add salt either) and were flavored so good. The cheddar sausage was phenomenal and it had a nice snap to it. The baked beans were full of beans and tasted amazing. The smoked wings were finger licking fantastic. The pulled pork was great and did I mention how amazing and juicy the brisket was? The ribs were also amazing and I loved the flavor plus they were pull off the bone. The side sauces weren’t even needed but I tried them anyways, OH MY WOW!!!!! The bbq sauce was amazing but the mustard sauce was so next level I wanted to drink it. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! They are opened year round. This was a great getaway with great food and super nice people.

Great BBQ

Would not recommend the Brunswick stew, it was just a lot of broth with a few strands of meat, 2 kernels of corn and some tomato pieces. My friends enjoyed their tacos and pulled pork sandwiches. Great service.

It's lake lure so expect to wait whether busy or not. It's small but in a good place. They serve craft beer. Parking is a little small but there isn't much space in lake lure anyway. Best time is evening.
