Chima Steakhouse

Salad bar options have gone down a lot since last time I was there. The bathrooms were completely Disgusting, the one toilet overflowed. The other one was full and the third one had paper towels all over the seat. All the cuts of meat were fabulous but for over $100 A person they should have a usable bathroom.

The worst steak ever had in my life. Ordered medium, it was a piece of well done rubber tire, no salt, no pepper, looks like it was boiled, gray color, ice cold. Would never ever eat it again. 44$ for this piece of cold rubber. If you blow a flat you could use a piece of this steak to seal your tire.

Went to celebrate a friends birthday on 2/24/2024 and after finishing our meal we saw a mouse climbing up the wall. I have a video recording but can only add pictures to this review. The manager asked for “discretion” and refused to comp our meal. Instead she gave us gift cards, as if we would want to return to such an establishment . Again, I have this on video.

It was very nice I like it and I would love to go back

We went early dinner it was great the atmosphere was perfect we was well catered to. Food is delicious servers are very attentive I'm not a person who eat beef and they noticed (i haven't said anything) so they kept bring chicken lamb and seafood for me. As the night rolled in more people came and the atmosphere went from buiness casual to very casual. Which was fine because we was leaving anyway. Kitchen and dinning staff put a smile on my face after a car accident on my birthday I gifted them my cake as a thank you. ( plus I had 3 more cakes at home) so Chima thank you for making my day just a little better.

The experience was really good. The food doesn't stop coming unless you flip the sign that you are not ready for more. The meats were delicious and well cooked. The variety at their salad bar was also pretty good. I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat everything I had absolutely no room for dessert, but if you have a huge appetite this place is worth the visit.
