Service was a little slow this time since what we ordered should have been quick to prepare..soup and salad!
Sometimes it takes a lot of time to be served but other than that everything has always been great.
This place is awful. They have a special they run out of and refuse to comp any other drink similar. Offer nothing and then tell you that you are rude. Go back to customer service. You have no idea how to run a restaurant. Won’t ever go back
Didn’t even get a chance to try the food! We were the first and only customers in the restaurant yesterday morning. The hostess didn’t greet us asked how many adults and how many children when clearly we were the only people there. 3 adults 2 children. We walk to the table as we were approaching the table a group of servers were standing in ear shot and was questioning the hostess on why she was seating us there. They were all complaining not wanting to have a table then they all went to the back. The vibe was so bad we just got up and left. If you see a server and want to make money it’s not a good idea to complain when you get a table. Terrible customer service!!!!!!
With the exception of the payment method, everything about this restaurant was excellent. The waitress was extremely attentive and helpful; the food was great; the restaurant was very clean. The little pay-at-your-table kiosk was another story. We were a table of 8 people over 70 who wanted separate tickets, and most wanted to pay cash. The kiosk wasn't user-friendly for the cash customer. We had to request the manager to come to our table because the waitress was so busy. The manager was gracious, listened to what we needed to say and completed our transactions. This group meet for dinner out every Friday and a couple of Tuesdays. We go at 4 pm to be ahead of the crowds as our group is regularly around 10 people. Overall, we would rate this experience as an A- ...
