The service was good, the food was okay. I'm glad I waited to use the men's room until after I ate. The urinal looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. I got to stand in a puddle of what I am guessing was urine while I did my business. No soap, no paper towels. The odor in the men's room had me very close to loosing my lunch. If I had visited the men's room before ordering I would not have eaten at this place. Lack of soap and paper towels makes me wonder if the staff washes their hands.

Always fun food. The Carne asada is wonderful.

BE CARFUL WITH SCAM HERE !!! My parents don’t know much English and I had to excuse myself early and left them with enough money to cover the tab. The young white man working the bar wanted to over charge $30+ to my parents with adding extra charges to our bill like $6 for ranch sauce. When they asked for someone who spoke Spanish she was trying to say that it was a previous customer order. So just happens they order the same 3 dishes and Drinks plus some right ? BE CARFUL WITH SCAM HERE !!!

Chili’s is always a great choice for food and drinks. They have a wide variety of options and the blackberry margaritas are fantastic.

I live in Englewood and order here every few months. They just don't get it right half the time and do not follow instructions on how to make your food. The only real reason why I keep going back is that I get a Coinstar voucher that limits my options. For example tonight I order a 3 for me combo for 14.99 plus tax. Plus side of broccoli. No cheese with some other simple customizations. So what happened was I didn't get my side of broccoli. There was cheese on my burger. And it wasn't cooked well done. At least my soda was carbonated and tasted near perfect that was the best part of my meal. The question becomes then, if they don't care enough to read your ticket to get it right each and every time......they are representing poorly and delivering customer service at a level that even all fast-food chains can do.
