Chili's Grill & Bar

It was freezing cold and we saw at least 8 people leave since they only had 1 server and they made you wait until someone else left. They brought out the wrong thing and then told me it just needs longer to cook. When my food arrived I ordered a BBQ brisket cheeseburger it had like 2 spreads of brisket on it

We had Dan, THEE BEST SERVER we've had, anywhere, in years! He had multiple tables and you'd never have known because he ON IT like we were the only ones there. He was slingin' drinks and waiting tables like we've not seen anyone do since back in the day. We haven't been to Chili's in probably 10 years, but we will be back soon, 100% because of Dan!

Food was great but waitress was awesome!

You have to make sure to ask to sit in Dan's section. He truly cares about his customers. And the 3 for Me deal is the best deal in chain restaurants.

Walked in at around 2:30pm on Saturday, February 3 to an extremely full lobby but a very empty dining room. About 1 minute later the host came around the corner saying that it would be about 20 minutes before anyone could be seated. So, I have to wait 20 minutes to get a seat in a dining room that is at least 80% empty, no thanks! I took a look at the recent reviews of this Chili's to see what others have been saying and what do you know, I'm definitely not the first to complain of this. Chili's, please do not waste your time responding to this. I've looked at your responses in the past. With as far back as these complaints go it's obvious you don't care.

Classic chili's! Our server was super nice and very understanding about the bill being split like 6 ways food was amazing, we tried their mozzarella sticks and wow they're the boujiest mozzarella sticks I've ever had! I only put 4 stars for the food because their gluten free/vegetarian options were a bit hard to find, they don't have them marked on the menu. We had to get a little stack of papers with the allergens and stuff.

Great food, service, and atmosphere, this is one of my favorite places to eat. They have amazing burgers!

Dan the Bartender killed it tonight! He made some amazing margaritas, took our order quick and had our food out even quicker! Plus on top of the food/drink service Dan had great customer service! We love sitting at the bar when he’s working :)

I came to Chili’s in Sandusky to order food to-go. Dan greeted me at the door with amazing energy. His positive energy was exactly what I needed after being surrounded by energy vampires earlier in the day. Dan directed me to the To-Go counter so I could place my to-go order. There, I met Aryn. She greeted me politely and asked me if I was ready to order. I was still deciding and she said she’d give me time to marinate on the menu. When she came back, I told her I’m going to ask her a question and I wanted her to not hesitate and just answer. I said ribs or steak. She didn’t skip a beat and said said “Steak. Our steak is really good.” Dan and Aryn made my day. I will definitely be back when I’m in town again just to see them and of course order food.
